BALAJI INDUSTRIES has created this Escalation Policy (\u201cPolicy\u201d) to assist\u00a0Associates with their reporting requirements under the various BALAJI\u00a0<\/span>INDUSTRIES Policies and to ensure proper evaluation and escalation of identified\u00a0<\/span>incidents or violations. For external or internal incidents or violations that are not\u00a0<\/span>contemplated by existing policy, procedure or guidance, BALAJI INDUSTRIES\u00a0<\/span>Conflicts Committee (\u201cCommittee\u201d) has been charged with the responsibility of\u00a0<\/span>addressing these other issues. Upon an issue being reported, the Committee will\u00a0<\/span>perform a brief assessment to determine the appropriate channel and resources for\u00a0<\/span>further evaluation, management and remediation. Once that determination has been\u00a0<\/span>made, the Committee will coordinate remediation of the issue, with all relevant\u00a0<\/span>information, to the appropriate parties. Issues escalated according to this Policy will\u00a0<\/span>be treated as sensitive and will be discussed on a need-to-know basis with business\u00a0<\/span>unit management and BALAJI INDUSTRIES Compliance, Legal and Human\u00a0<\/span>Resources Departments, as appropriate.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
